Position: Outbound Sales Representative

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Flexible (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)
Compensation: $8 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales activities
• Perform inside sales and lead generation
• Manage and track leads using Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, outbound calling, inside sales, or lead generation
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Strong written communication skills (ability to write clear, concise, and non-spammy cold emails)
• Confident phone presence with a natural delivery (no monotone script reading)
• Comfortable handling objections and conducting basic discovery conversations
• Resilient and comfortable with rejection and repetitive outreach
• Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across multiple tools
• Fast typing skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent time management and self-discipline
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Metrics-driven and comfortable working with performance targets
• Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented
• Direct communicator who follows established processes
