Role Overview

We are looking for a GHL & Marketing Automation Specialist to take ownership of our

CRM and marketing infrastructure across the Incepteo Group ecosystem.

This role will act as the operational backbone of our marketing systems, ensuring that our

CRM, automation workflows, and campaign infrastructure are properly configured,

maintained, and continuously optimised.

You will work closely with founders and the marketing team to build scalable systems that

support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.

Works hours: UK timezone
Rate: $10-15 


Key Responsibilities

 Configure, manage, and optimise Go High Level (GHL) as the central CRM

 Build and maintain email automation workflows, funnels, and lifecycle sequences

 Set up and manage voice AI automations

 Support newsletter automation and campaign execution

 Integrate paid advertising channels into CRM workflows

 Centralise and manage multi-channel marketing touchpoints (email, social, ads)

 Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance tracking systems

 Ensure clean data, segmentation, and pipeline visibility within the CRM

 Continuously improve automation systems to increase efficiency and performance

Ideal Candidate Profile

 Hands-on experience working Go High Level (GHL)

 Background in marketing automation, CRM systems, or SaaS environments

 Strong understanding of funnels, lifecycle marketing, and lead management

 Comfortable owning systems end-to-end without heavy oversight

 Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements

 Strong attention to detail and systems thinking
