Built from a passion for real flavor, our brand successfully entered retail through major innovation programs and is now focused on scaling wholesale and strengthening our visual presence across all channels.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Design & Brand Asset Coordinator to support the development of high-quality, customer-facing visual materials. This is a pure design execution role focused on bringing the brand to life across packaging, sales materials, and promotional assets. You will work closely with the founder to create polished, consistent, and on-brand materials that support our retail and wholesale growth.

Timezone: Pacific Timezone

Part-time over four weeks. May or may not turn into ongoing position

Rate: 10 USD

Key Responsibilities

  1. Packaging & Label Design
  • Design labels for new product lines in strict accordance with brand guidelines.

  • Ensure all packaging maintains a clean, premium, and consistent visual identity.

  • Support the iteration and refinement of packaging based on feedback.

  • Prepare final design files that are suitable for professional print and production.

  1. Sales & Marketing Collateral
  • Design high-quality sell sheets for wholesale and retail buyers.

  • Create visually compelling product one-pagers and presentations.

  • Design recipe cards to showcase product usage and inspire customers.

  • Develop promotional materials for events, trade shows, and various marketing campaigns.

  1. Brand Asset Creation & Consistency
  • Create new brand assets utilizing existing product photography.

  • Enhance and repurpose visual content for different formats and digital touchpoints.

  • Maintain a library of brand assets and templates to ensure a cohesive design system.

  • Collaborate with the founder to refine the brand’s visual identity over time.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: Strong background in graphic design specifically for CPG, food, or consumer brands.

  • Portfolio: Proven experience designing packaging, labels, sell sheets, and marketing collateral.

  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar professional design tools.

  • Production Knowledge: Experience preparing files for print production with a strong attention to detail.

  • Execution: Ability to take direction and execute quickly while maintaining high quality.
