- Manage daily engagement workflows, including responding to DMs, comments, and community interactions.
- Proactively engage with creators, local retailers, wellness communities, and aligned brand accounts.
- Support algorithm-friendly engagement activity to improve brand visibility and reach.
- Brand Growth & Ambassador Support
- Support the expansion of ambassador and local market programs into new US territories.
- Research potential partnership opportunities, creators, and local community channels.
- Identify local reps in priority markets and support influencer, affiliate, and demo coordination tasks.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: Proven background in social media coordination, community management, or influencer outreach.
- Industry: Experience in CPG, wellness, beverage, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple direct messaging conversations.
- Organization: Highly organized and process-oriented; comfortable following pre-built systems.
- Tools: Proficiency with Instagram, Meta tools, social schedulers, and Google Workspace.
What Success Looks Like
- Ambassador and demo outreach happens consistently and sourcing targets are met in priority markets.

- The founder is successfully removed from day-to-day social execution.
- Awareness increases through strong grassroots engagement and a scalable ambassador program.
